CNC lathe daily maintenance work

To do a good job in the daily maintenance of CNC lathes, the CNC lathe operators are required to read the CNC lathe manuals in order to understand them enough. The specific content and requirements of daily maintenance of different types of lathes are different, but the principles are basically the same, so the CNC lathe can be fixed and regularly inspected and maintained.

1. The CNC lathe must be checked before connecting to the power source.
2. Check the cutting fluid storage tank.
3. Lubricating oil tank, observe the oil level and refuel in time. The mailbox is usually located on the left side of the machine tool or on the right side of the flat box.
4. Protective device, use a soft cloth to remove debris and dirt on the protective device of the cutting area.
5. Check the CNC lathe after connecting the power supply.
6. The hydraulic control system, observe the oil level of the oil standard and whether the oil injection technology is normal. The hydraulic operating system oil standard is usually located on the headstock.
7. Tool change system, rotate the tool post to check the correct position of the tool post.
8. CRT display screen and operation panel, pay attention to the alarm display and indicator light display.
9. For high-power cabinets and CNC cabinets, check whether the cooling fan controller is normal and whether the cabinet door needs to be closed. The cooling fan is generally located on the side or back of the machine tool.
10. The spindle box, observe the development of the spindle operation, pay attention to its own sound and temperature.
11. Strictly abide by the operating procedures and daily management, and maintain the social system.
12. The doors of CNC cabinet and high voltage cabinet should be opened as little as possible.
13. Regularly clean the CNC heat dissipation and ventilation management system. The specific method of cleaning is as follows:
a. Unscrew and remove the air filter.
b. While gently vibrating the filter, use compressed air to blow away the dust in the air filter from the inside to the outside.
c. When the filter is too dirty, you can use a neutral detergent, the ratio of detergent to water is 5/95, for washing, but can not be scrubbed, and then put it in a cool place for drying.
d. Regularly check and replace the DC brushes.
e. Continuously monitor the grid voltage of the CNC system. Usually, the CNC control system of the CNC lathe allows the grid voltage to fluctuate to 15% of the rated value.
f. Replace the battery regularly. Generally, the battery should be replaced once a year to ensure that the system can work normally even if the battery is not faulty. In addition, in the state of the power numerical control system, listen to songs and pay attention to replace the battery to avoid the loss of stored parameters. If the parameter is lost, you can re-enter it after replacing the new battery.
g. Maintenance of the spare circuit board. The printed circuit board is prone to failure if it is idle for a long time. Therefore, the purchased spare board should be regularly installed in the CNC system of the CNC lathe and run for a period of time to prevent damage.
